SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Harley Supplies.

We aim to deliver all orders swiftly and securely, working with trusted third-party logistics partners to ensure a smooth and reliable service.

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders placed before 12pm are typically processed the same working day. Orders placed after 12pm or on weekends will be processed the next working day.

Please note: During peak periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

DELIVERY TIMES

We currently offer the following UK delivery options:

  • Standard Delivery: 2–4 working days

  • Express Delivery: 1–2 working days

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Once your parcel has been handed over to our shipping provider, tracking details will be shared by email.

CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. If you haven’t received confirmation within 3 working days of placing your order, please contact us at info@harley-supplies.com.

DELIVERY

We partner with reputable third-party couriers and warehouse providers to store, pack, and dispatch all orders. While we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, we will always assist in resolving delivery issues promptly.

If your parcel arrives damaged, incomplete, or fails to arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@harley-supplies.com, including your order number and supporting information. We will investigate and work with you to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

At this time, we only ship within the United Kingdom. We do not offer international shipping.
