Who can order from Harley Supplies?
We supply verified, qualified aesthetic practitioners only. Every customer is verified before they can purchase — it's how we keep aesthetic products in safe, trained hands.
What do I need to verify my account?
Your professional registration (GMC, GDC, NMC or GPhC), verified photo ID, and your cosmetic insurance. You can upload your insurance certificate here.
How fast is delivery?
We offer next-day dispatch on in-stock lines, with full cold-chain logistics for temperature-sensitive products.
Do you ship temperature-sensitive products safely?
Yes. Temperature-controlled items are shipped using cold-chain packaging and logistics to protect product integrity from our door to yours.
What is your returns policy?
We offer a 14-day return window on eligible items — they must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. For safety reasons some products can't be returned, including personal-care and beauty goods, sale items and gift cards.
